Main Features

1. This machine is the latest generation of filling and capping two-in-one machine. It is an ideal filling equipment for liquids such as soy sauce, vinegar, and cooking wine. It has a degree of automation and large production capacity. The entire filling and capping process is controlled by PLC and monitored by touch screen. It is a perfect combination of machine, electricity, light, and gas. The performance of the whole machine is at the forefront of similar models at home and abroad.
2. This machine adopts advanced mechatronics technology. To change any specification, you only need to modify the parameters on the touch screen. The touch screen can realize the memory function for the parameters corresponding to each packaging specification, saving modification time for secondary adjustment.
3. During the operation of the main machine, each key part of the mechanical transmission adopts a mechatronic protection device. If there is any abnormality during the operation of the machine, it will automatically stop and alarm, and the touch screen will automatically prompt the abnormal part of the machine.
4. All mechanical parts of this machine realize waterproof and gas-retaining design, which can effectively collect the water during the filling process. This design can effectively collect the waste gas and residual liquid during the filling process without polluting the environment of the workshop.
