Product Description
This machine is suitable for a series of operations such as weight counting and filling of fluids ranging from 1000g to 5000g, automatic counting and bottle feeding, weight counting and filling, and bottle conveying.
Machine Main Features:
This machine is a new generation rotary weighing and filling machine with high automation, large production capacity, and high filling accuracy. It is particularly suitable for quantitative filling of water solutions, edible oils, lubricants, and is an ideal packaging machine for industries such as food, medicine, cosmetics, and fine chemicals.
1. This machine adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) and high-speed industrial control configuration software for real-time monitoring and control, making it easy to use and adjust.
2. Each filling head has a weighing and feedback system that can set the filling volume for each head and make individual micro adjustments.
3. Photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, and other advanced sensing components are used to achieve no bottle no filling, and the machine will automatically shut down and sound an alarm if there is a bottle shortage or blockage.
4. The whole machine is manufactured according to GMP standards, and the connections of each pipeline are made using a quick installation method, making disassembly and cleaning convenient and fast. The parts in contact with materials and exposed parts are made of high-quality stainless steel. The whole machine is safe, environmentally friendly, hygienic, aesthetically pleasing, and can adapt to work in various environments.

Main function:
Detecting aluminum foil sealing quality and rejecting the unqualified
In the automatic production line, the workpiece sealed by heat or electromagnetic induction is transported to the infrared thermal image detection station, and the infrared thermal image camera takes the thermal image of the hot-sealed bottle cap, and the thermal image is transmitted to the image high-speed processing system for calculation and recognition. Through statistical analysis of the temperature distribution model of the thermal image of the aluminum foil after sealing, the sealing quality is judged to be qualified or unqualified, and the unqualified product is removed to the unqualified product area, and the qualified product will be transported to the next process.
